Product Features & Usage:

Electric globe valve is made of multi-turn electric actuator and globe valve two parts.The globe valve opening and closing is plug valve, while sealing surfaces appear flat or cone. Its disc make linear movement along the centerline of fluid. Globe valve is used only for full open and full close, not for modulating and throttling.Globe valve is compulsory sealed valve, disc must be pressed when the valve is closed, to force the sealing surface not leak.The valve medium flow is top-down, to reduce the stem stress. When globe valve opens, the disc opening height is 25% ~ 30% of nominal diameter, flow can reach maximum.

Small working travel is small, short opening and closing time; good sealing, small friction between the sealing surface; big fluid resistance, open and close required force is bigger;not suitable for larger particles, viscosity medium. Medium flow direction shall conform to the arrow showndirection in the body. Flange electric globe valve is suitable for all kinds of piping system of nominal pressure PN16 ~ PN32MPa, working temperature 450 ℃ or less, including oil, chemical industry, hydropower and thermal power plant , cut off or connect pipe medium.
